Examples of things that are not suitable to be placed under the productivity system are like ‘writing an article about autistic children ‘ or writing a business plan for your business.
You can add those tasks under the productivity system, but it won’t help much

You never know how much process a creative task takes until you complete it.
Even if a creative task has some ambiguity, I always carry out this process by breaking it into small parts.
